One New COVID-Related Death Reported Monday
The Hawai‘i Department of Health reported 74 new cases of coronavirus on Monday. The statewide total is now 32,654. One new COVID-related death was reported.
Eight new cases of the virus were identified on Kaua´i Monday, per DOH statistics. The state’s two-week average is 91 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 1.6%.

A total of 2,146 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 484 have died.
To date, 1,225,438 vaccinations have been administered statewide.
