Kaua‘i police seek public’s assistance locating runaway ‘Ele‘ele teenager

The Kaua‘i Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a runaway teenager.

Daisy K. Ogawa, a 16-year-old resident of ‘Ele‘ele near Hanapēpē on the West Side of Kaua‘i, was reported missing on June 20. She was last seen in the ‘Ele‘ele area.

Ogawa is 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. She has a fair complexion, straight brown hair and is of Filipino decent. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black crop top shirt, and brown sandals with black straps.

Ogawa is known to frequent the Līhu‘e and Kapa‘a areas.

Anyone with information about Ogawa’s whereabouts is urged to contact KPD Dispatch at 808-241-1711. Those wishing to remain anonymous can provide information by calling Crime Stoppers Kaua‘i at 808-246-8300, submitting a tip at cskauai.org, or through the Crime Stoppers Kaua‘i P3 Tips Mobile App.
