Local event: Easter brunch at Kōloa Landing Resort

Kōloa Landing Resort is planning a delicious and festive Easter Brunch for kamaʻaina, resort guests, and their families on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Raelyn Batacan, a senior account executive and digital media specialist with Stryker Weiner & Yokota Public Relations, Inc., announced in the following statement on Monday:

Attendees can look forward to a delectable brunch buffet, a morning Easter egg hunt, face and tattoo painting, a family selfie spot, photo booth, Easter bunny characters, and lawn games for the whole family to enjoy.

The buffet will feature elevated classic dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Menu items include a variety of local brunch specialties, such as Punalu‘u French toast, Kaua‘i kimchi fried rice and kalua pork hash. Those seeking a sweet treat can visit the sweet shop and enjoy ice cream, homemade brownies, and chocolate chip cookies.

The stars of the show at this year’s Easter Brunch include prime rib, sugar-glazed ham, and a build-your-own omelet station with a variety of add-ins to choose from. The keiki station will include kid-friendly favorites like cheesy tater tots, chicken tenders, and pigs in a blanket. Easter Brunch is $95 for adults and $49 for children ages nine and under. Reservations are available every hour starting at 9 a.m.
