U.S. Senator Mazie K. Hirono and Hawai‘i State Senate President Ron Kouchi on Wednesday will moderate a live-streamed “Hawai‘i on the Hill Policy Summit” all the way from Washington, D.C.

Hirono (D-HI) and Kouchi (Kaua’i, Ni’ihau) will share hosting duties with Sherry Menor-McNamara, the Chamber of Commerce Hawai‘i president and CEO. The Policy Summit will feature Congressional leaders and members of the Biden-Harris Administration, who will provide insight on a variety of issues important to businesses in Hawai‘i and across the country. It will be live-streamed here.

The Policy Summit is part of the seventh annual Hawai‘i on the Hill, a partnership between Hirono and the Chamber of Commerce Hawai‘i. It is a three-day event that gives members of the Hawai‘i business community the opportunity to meet directly with Congressional leaders and Administration officials, while also showcasing Hawai‘i businesses and products to members of Congress, their staff and the D.C. community.

Some of this year’s exhibitors include: Hawai‘i Farm Bureau; Hawaiian Chip Company; Kaua‘i Kookie; Koloa Rum; Lappert’s Hawai‘i; Maui Brewing; The Orchid Lei Company; and the University of Hawai‘i.
