DOH Reports 1,513 New COVID Cases Statewide

The state Department of Health reported 1,513 new COVID-19 cases Monday, bringing the statewide total to 219,288. One new fatality was reported.

The island-by-island case count is as follows:
O‘ahu: 153,552
Hawai‘i: 23,466
Maui: 26,004
Kaua‘i: 9,823
Moloka‘i: 862
Lana‘i: 542
Pending: 0
Out-of-State: 5,039

A total of 7,500 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 1,181 have died.
