Kaua‘i District Health Office Announces 187 New COVID Cases Sunday
The state Department of Health Kaua‘i District Health Office announced 187 new COVID-19 cases Sunday.
Sunday’s reported cases bring the number of active cases on the island to 1,103, with seven hospitalized, and 5,694 cumulative cases. Kaua‘i’s cumulative case count includes 5,616 confirmed locally, eight probable and 70 positive cases diagnosed elsewhere – which includes two of Sunday’s cases, as they received their pre-travel test results after arriving on the island.

If you test positive for COVID-19, isolate yourself at home immediately and notify your close contacts. If you are a close contact, quarantine yourself at home and get tested.
