63 New COVID Cases Reported Statewide
The Hawaiʻi Department of Health reported 63 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday, bringing the statewide total to 85,948. No new COVID-related fatalities were reported.
The state’s seven-day average is now 88 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 1.4%.
Kauaʻi County continues to have the highest test positivity rate in the state at 3.2% with a seven-day average of 16 new cases daily.

A total of 4,916 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 977 have died.
