Update: KPD non-emergency dispatch line fully operational following disruption

5:30 p.m. update: The KPD non-emergency dispatch line, 808-241-1711, is now fully operational.

For non-emergencies, please call 808-241-1711. In an emergency, dial 911.

The public is advised to call the following numbers in the event that the non-emergency dispatch line is impacted by another disruption:

  • 808-755-8516
  • 808-652-7837

Original post: The Kaua‘i Police Department is advising the public to use alternative dispatch phone lines to report non-emergencies, due to a network disruption.

The KPD non-emergency phone line, 808-241-1711, experienced a service disruption on Friday at approximately 4 p.m. The public is advised to use the following alternative numbers to report non-emergencies:

  • 808-755-8516
  • 808-652-7837

The 911 emergency line remains operational.

The county of Kaua‘i Information Technology Division is working to resolve the disruption and restore service. Updates will be provided when more information becomes available.
