Hawaiian homestead council’s monthly Kaua‘i, Big Island meeting online tonight

Sovereign Council of Hawaiian Homestead Associations’ monthly Hawai‘i Island & Kaua‘i Mokupuni Meeting will be held online tonight at 6 p.m.

“It’s an excellent way to stay abreast of happenings, to share your priorities, to discuss challenges and solutions on the homesteads – all are welcome!” said program coordinator Grace Kealoha.

Tonight’s agenda items include:

  • Keith V. Adams IV, state DHHL broadband coordination assistant, on Tribal Connectivity
    Program
  • Rolina Faagai, executive director of Hawaiian Lending & Investments, to provide overview of homestead nonprofit services to HHCA beneficiaries and geographies
  • Keaukaha 100ᵗʰ Year Celebration update: Uncle Pat Kawaiolaa and Keaukaha Community Association Planning Committee members
  • Kara Chow and Jordyn Danner of the Homestead Community Development Corporation to provide overview of homestead nonprofit services to HHCA beneficiaries and geographies
