10:26 a.m. Jan. 24 update: Officials have announced that the Kekaha Landfill is now open.

Original post: Due to inclement weather, the Kekaha Landfill is closed until further notice.

The closure is necessary for the safety of the workers and the public.

Future updates will be given when the Kekaha Landfill reopens. For more information, call the Solid Waste Division at 808-241-4841.
