Fast food chain Chick-fil-A seeking franchise operators in Hawaiʻi; hosting webinar Aug. 2
Atlanta-based fast-food chain Chick-fil-A is recruiting franchise operators for new locations in Hawaiʻi.
Franchisees pay $10,000 and are responsible for directly overseeing the daily operations, including hiring and developing staff.
Chick-fil-A is holding a webinar for potential franchise operators to learn more on Aug. 2 from 9 to 10 a.m. To register for the webinar, go to bizj.us/1qj32h.
It is unknown how many franchise operators are sought for the state, or where the new restaurants would be located.
Chick-fil-A now has two locations operating in Hawaiʻi: a new stand-along site in Kahului on Maui and in the food court at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu. A third site is scheduled to open in Makiki on Oahʻu on Thursday, and another restaurant is planned for Kapolei on Oʻahu.
Chick-fil-A, which specializes in fried chicken, started in 1946, and now has more than 2,600 restaurants across 47 states and in Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada, according to the company’s website.
