STEM scholarship made for Native Hawaiian students
San Francisco-based tech company Paubox is seeking applicants for its latest round of college scholarships.
The primary objective of the Paubox Kahikina STEM Scholarship is to encourage Native Hawaiians to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and math.
The scholarship is recurring in nature. In other words, recipients receive $1,000 per year until they graduate, according to Paubox.
“Trends that don’t change are big ideas. These big ideas are simple and obvious. Yet they are worth paying attention to, even if they appear banal,” Paubox founder Hoala Greevy wrote on his company website. “In our case, we can build a resounding network of Native Hawaiians in STEM around big ideas that will remain stable over time.”
The deadline to apply for Paubox’s 2023 scholarship is May 31. For more information and to apply, click here.
Paubox provides HIPAA-compliant email messaging to the health care industry.
