142 New Cases Reported Monday Statewide

The state Department of Health reported 142 new COVID-19 cases Monday, bringing the statewide total to 236,151.

Three new fatalities were reported.

A total of 30 new infections were identified Monday on the Garden Isle.

The island-by-island case count is as follows:

• O‘ahu: 163,733
• Hawaiʻi: 25,822
• Maui: 27,917
• Kaua‘i: 11,428
• Moloka‘i: 934
• Lana‘i: 624
• Pending: 0
• Out-of-State: 5,693

A total of 8,267 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 1,337 have died.
