DOH Reports 650 New COVID Cases Statewide

The state Department of Health reported 650 new COVID-19 cases Thursday, bringing the statewide total to 233,155. Sixteen new fatalities were reported.

COVID at-home test kits are available online. A map documenting new cases by district throughout all islands can be accessed at the DOH website.

The island-by-island case count is as follows:

O‘ahu: 161,942
Hawaiʻi: 25,328
Maui: 27,603
Kaua‘i: 11,190
Moloka‘i: 927
Lana‘i: 612
Pending: 0
Out-of-State: 5,553

A total of 8,098 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 1,290 have died.
