10 Deaths, 1,192 New Cases Reported Friday

The state Department of Health reported 1,192 new COVID-19 cases Friday, bringing the statewide total to 224,257. Ten new fatalities were reported.

A total of 117 new infections were identified Friday on the Garden Isle.

A total of 7,667 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 1,204 have died.
