38 New COVID Cases Reported Statewide
The Hawaiʻi Department of Health reported 38 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday, bringing the statewide total to 84,402. No new COVID-related fatalities were reported.
A total of 13 new infections were identified on the Big Island Tuesday.
The state’s seven-day average is now 112 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 1.7%.

O‘ahu: 57,956
Hawai‘i: 11,122
Maui: 9,559
Kaua‘i: 2,666
Moloka‘i: 242
Lana‘i: 144
Pending: 0
Out-of-State: 2,713
A total of 4,756 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 916 have died.
