DOH Reports 134 New COVID Cases Statewide

The Hawaiʻi Department of Health reported 134 new COVID-19 cases Friday, bringing the statewide total to 83,020. Three new COVID-related fatalities were also reported.
The state’s seven-day average is now 115 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 1.8%.

A total of 4,629 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 880 have died.
