DOH Reports 69 New COVID Cases Wednesday
The Hawai‘i Department of Health reported 69 new cases of coronavirus Wednesday, raising the statewide total to 28,421. No new COVID-related deaths were reported.
The state’s two-week average is 56 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 1%. The state’s virus tracker, which maps cases by district across all islands, can be accessed here.

O‘ahu: 22,380
Maui: 2,488
Hawai‘i: 2,347
Kaua‘i: 187
Lana‘i: 109
Moloka‘i: 28
Pending: 0
Out-of-State: 882
A total of 1,940 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 451 people have died.
