State Reports 4 New COVID-Related Deaths Wednesday
The Hawai‘i Department of Health reported 50 new cases of coronavirus Wednesday, raising the statewide total to 27,320. Four new COVID-related deaths were also reported.
The state’s two-week average is 51 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 1.2%. The state’s virus tracker, which maps cases by district across all islands, can be accessed here.

O‘ahu: 21,845
Hawai‘i: 2,236
Maui: 2.095
Kaua‘i: 182
Lana‘i: 108
Moloka‘i: 27
Pending: 0
Out-of-State: 827
A total of 1,848 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 435 people have died.
