2 New COVID-19 Cases Reported on Kaua‘i
Two new COVID-19 cases were reported by the Kaua‘i District Health Office Tuesday afternoon brining the number of total active infections to four. The cumulative total of cases is now 51.
The two new cases are adults and both are related to inter-island travel. These cases are unrelated to each other and unrelated to the cases announced earlier this week. All four of the active cases remain in isolation and none have required hospitalization.
Contacts of the cases have been notified, quarantined and offered a test.
Tuesday’s two new cases will be reflected on the state’s COVID-19 report on Wednesday.
